This notice supplements our Privacy Policy with disclosures required by the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the CPRA. KSD operates in a business-to-business capacity and the personal information we collect through this site is generally limited to business contact details and request metadata.
Categories of information
Identifiers (name, work email, phone, IP), commercial information (company, vertical interest, volume), internet activity (page URL, user agent, UTMs), and inferences drawn from the above for evaluating a business relationship.
Sale / sharing
KSD does not sell personal information and does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as defined under the CPRA.
Your rights
Subject to verification and applicable exceptions, California residents may request to know, correct, or delete personal information KSD holds about them, and may designate an authorized agent. To make a request, email dan@ksouthdigital.com with the subject line "California Privacy Request".
